The Digital £300


• 2.5 hour hire
• Fully attended and hosted by a Loco For Photo team member
• Use of party prop box or digital face recognition app
• USB with all your pictures for the host
• Guests can download prints from www.locoforphoto.co.uk website the following day as no photos will be printed within this package

The Combo £400

• 3 hour hire
• Max 2 printed photos per pose (either strip, one box, 3 or 4 box version)
• Personalisation of photo with co logo or special message from host
• Fully attended and hosted by a Loco For Photo team member
• Use of party prop box or digital face recognition app
• USB with all your pictures for the host
• Guests can also download prints from www.locoforphoto.co.uk website the following day
• Guestbook with copy of printed photos for the host- additional £25
• Optional use of green screen for themed events - additional £75

The Full Works £500

• 3.5 hour hire
• Unlimited prints throughout the event - up to 5 given to guests per pose in any format
• Personalisation of photo with co logo or special message from host
• Fully attended and hosted by a Loco For Photo team member
• Use of extended party prop box or digital face recognition app
• USB with all your pictures for the host plus video montage created
• Guests can also download prints from www.locoforphoto.co.uk website the following day
• Guestbook with copy of printed photos for the host
• Optional use of greenscreen if required
• Red Carpet & VIP ropes

We have designed a package to suit all needs and budgets. We understand not every party or occasion is the same and therefore we believe these packages can cater for this.
The Digital and the Combo would be ideal for parties up to 100 guests.
The Full Works would be ideal for anything for up to 200 guests
Additional hours can be purchased for The Combo and The Full Works @ £75 per hour. This is recommended when you have a larger party of guests than the package ideally suggests.
Idle hours cost £25 per hour - if you need the booth set up and ready hours before going live, we charge an idle hourly rate. This also applies if we are unable to dismantle immediately after your booking time.


To book and secure your booth hire all we need is a £50 non-refundable deposit and then full payment received 14 days before the date of hire. This can be made via BACS transfer.

What we need:

  • Access to a 240 V mains socket
  • Access to your venue 1 hour before and post your booked time slot (this is to set up and dismantle and is not part of your booked and paid for time)
  • Dimensions of mirror once set up are 0.7 m depth, 0.7m width and 1.65 m height (with the red carpet and VIP ropes depth exceed 2.5m for full effect). However we will need floor space of 2m by 1.5 m in order to set up and dismantle.
